This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Cook County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve a docket, change a setting, issue a certified copy, remove a case, or provide legal advice. Those requests belong with the clerk or court that holds the record.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the court-specific route that matches the request:
- A Superior docket: begin with the Cook County Clerk of Superior Court or the Georgia E-Access provider route
- A court date: compare the Alapaha circuit calendar with the responsible clerk or court office
- A certified copy: request it from the Cook Superior Clerk or its eCertification path
- A Probate file or county traffic matter: contact Probate Court at the Hutchinson Avenue courthouse
- A Magistrate, Juvenile, or city case: contact that court’s own office rather than assuming the Superior search covers it
For Superior dockets and records, the primary records desk is Cook County Clerk of Superior Court, 212 N. Hutchinson Avenue, Adel, GA 31620, (229) 896-7717, fax (229) 896-7589. The Clerk’s listed hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Call before mailing a request or traveling because the office’s current procedure and the record’s access status control.
Probate Court is at the same address at (229) 896-3941. Magistrate Court is at 1000 County Farm Road, Adel, at (229) 896-3151. Juvenile access uses the circuit contact at (229) 482-2484 and is not a public name-search path. Adel, Sparks, Lenox, and Cecil keep their own municipal citation routes.
